Hi I 'm Delia!
Maternal Health and wellness is my JAM! 10 years of education and interests have now become my full time career. As a birth educator & a birth and postpartum doula I am able to support you and your family from conception all the way to bringing home your bundle of joy. ​

My approach to you and your family is open, nonjudgmental, and encouraging. I bring a fresh perspective that gives you confidence that your experience will be the best it can be and that I will be there for you every step of the way.

The Birth Doula service offers continuous doula support during labor and childbirth.Your doula will answer questions, assist you in packing for the hospital, and help you create a birth plan. During labor, your doula gives you the encouragement and comfort you need to get through each stage.
